Magnolia is hiring Lead Custom Home Installers for our Minnetonka and Oakdale, MN locations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lead Custom Home Installer brings product to life for our customers. This role is responsible for installing and calibrating audio/video systems, automation and control within our customers' homes and businesses. As a aubject matter expert in installation, the Lead Installer will review system design and modify the scope of work on-site if necessary. The Lead Installer will train an assigned Apprentice Installer on installation techniques, and is accountable for the technical development of the Apprentice. In partnership with the Apprentice Installer, the Lead Installer communicates system operation to the customer and ensures customer satisfaction. Our professional installation teams work in a variety of environments and are provided with continuous technical and product training in order to keep them on top of this rapidly evolving industry..

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional attitude
• Be comfortable with the measuring and pulling of wire through attics and crawlspaces
• For Insurance reasons, all candidates must be 21 year of age or older, and have no more than 2 tickets within the past 3 years on their driving record
• Able to lift upwards of 75lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma/Equivalent or higher level of education
• 2+ yrs residential consumer electronics installation experience
• CEDIA, ICIA or NICET Certifications
